Travis Michael Garland (born July 26, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter. He was a singer in the boy band NLT, and after the group split up began a solo career.Travis put out remixes for songs such as beyonce's "beautiful nightmare", b.o.b's "airplanes" and t.i's "dead and gone" which got sent in by fans to celebrity gossip blogger perez Hilton who now has Travis signed to his label along side of geffan/interscope records label too Travis has written demos but none brought him blessing as much as his remix to "dead and gone" after months of studio time Travis got another blessing to perform on American idol.

After travis's performance on "American idol" in may of 2010 fans waited in anticipation for his debut album but sales for his single "believe" did not meet expectations so instead of leaving his fans out in the wind Travis decided to drop a mixtape called "The last man standing" which is expected to drop sometime early 2011.
